Your home is your most valuable asset, yet unlike a car, it doesn’t receive regular check-ups. Electrical faults can occur unexpectedly, potentially putting your family at risk. Our goal is to give you peace of mind by ensuring your home’s electrical health is regularly monitored and maintained.

For just £12.99 + VAT per month, the HEE Maintenance Plan provides comprehensive coverage, including:

• Annual Visual Inspection: One of our fully qualified electricians will inspect your property each year, a service not typically included in other plans.
• Accidental Damage Repairs: We cover repairs for accidental damage to your home’s electrical wiring, light switches, sockets, or local isolators (excluding the fuse box).
• Full Domestic Inspection: After five years of membership, your property will receive a full domestic EICR.
• Priority Emergency Response: In the event of an electrical emergency, we guarantee a response within six hours, with four emergency call-outs per year included at no extra charge (additional call-outs at £80 + VAT each).
• Replacement of Standard Fittings: Parts and labour for standard fittings are included at no extra cost.
• Discount on Installations: Enjoy a 10% discount on any additional electrical installations you book with us.

Starting the HEE Plan is easy. For an initial fee of £80 + VAT, we’ll conduct an inspection of your current system or verify a satisfactory EICR. Then, simply pay the small monthly fee of £12.99 + VAT for ongoing coverage.
