Pricing


When charges has not been quoted beforehand for a set piece of work or for fault finding & emergency work, the below pricing guide will likely apply.


24h Emergency / Maintenance Charge:

  • Monday - Friday 7am- 6pm - £45 per hour + materials used

  • outside above hours, weekends & bank holidays - £65 per hour + materials used


Minimum/ first hour charge:

  • £55 Monday-Friday (includes first hour)

  • £80 on Saturday (includes first hour)

  • £95 on Sundays (includes first hour)


Materials supplied are charged at trade plus 20%.

Parking charges will be applied if needed.

The time starts from when we leave to attend your job, usually the average travel time in & around Loughborough is 15 mins.

After the first hour, time is charged within half hour segments thereafter


Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (BACS)

  • Cash (no discounts for cash payment)

  • Credit/Debit cards which can be processed on site via a card machine terminal

Invoices are given for all jobs via email or SMS/MMS
